Q:How often should I apply Bootii Bottle Enhancer®?
A:We recommend you apply at least twice a day for best results. Some would be tempted to "overuse" this product but contrary to popular belief, over usage will not speed up your results.
Q: Are ALL Bootii Bottle® products FDA compliant?
A: Our products contain no color additives therefore it is not necessary to receive FDA approval. We are, however, voluntarily registered so our clients are aware our ingredients are natural and safe. FDA’s Voluntary Cosmetic Registration Program (VCRP) is a reporting system for use by manufacturers, packers, and distributors of cosmetic products that are in commercial distribution in the United States.
Q: Does Bootii Bottle® work for everyone?
A: Absolutely! Everyone has skin cells! Bootii Bottle® works great on all skin types. Some clients see changes within a few weeks while most start to see and feel the difference with longer use of the product. Do not get discouraged! Do not stop or interrupt use of this incredibly amazing formula! Doing so, for even a short while, can halt penetration to the cells and it's as if you are starting over from day 1 of application. It is imperative it is used as directed on the label!
Q: What are the ingredients in the enhancer?
A: To help stimulate skin cells we have successfully infused a blend of natural organically grown root plants from all over the world as well as large amounts of a very common moisture-binding ingredient. It is very natural and 100% safe. We have infused cocoa butter as well as Shea butter into the product to promote moisture as it works to create fullness within the skin cells. All ingredients are listed on the label.

Q: Are the results permanent?
A: Yes. Any results gained are permanent. You can discontinue use when desired results are achieved.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: ***Typical U.S. shipping can take 5-7 days to arrive. Tracking is issued within 2-3 business days. Expedited/Line Jump Processing options are periodically available upon checkout. We offer Next Day as well 3 day processing. Fees apply.*** We conduct a lot of monthly email and social media promotions. DURING PROMOTIONAL SALES EVENTS, SHIPPING CAN TAKE 3-4 WEEKS TO ARRIVE. WE UNDERSTAND THESE SHIPPING TIMES ARE NOT TYPICAL, HOWEVER, THIS PROCESS HELPS US MAINTAIN OUR LOWEST PRICES. During non-promotional periods shipping will be a lot faster than heavy promotional periods. (PLEASE NOTE: WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN WAIT TIMES) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CAN EXPECT 14-27 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PROCESSING FOR ARRIVAL, sometimes longer, depending on the destination & custom's policies. Shipping to some parts of Africa take especially longer so please be sure to include your contact number for the carrier.
Q: Why didn't I receive my package?
A: We ship using USPS as our carrier. When providing your shipping address please make sure it is complete and includes any apartment, unit, or suite numbers. Once the item has shipped this information cannot be changed. If there is a mistake on your behalf, it will be marked as UNDELIVERABLE and sent back to our facility. We only re-ship a package if it was returned to us from USPS UNOPENED.
Q: What is your refund and/or cancellation policy?
A: Due to the nature of the product and our personal pride in the effectiveness, there are NO REFUNDS. We do not cancel orders because of how often our special promotions change. Handling of packages varies throughout USPS facilities & therefore we have had a few isolated cases where a package arrives damaged. If you received a package damaged, please E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org so they can instruct you on how to send it back so we can ship you another. Shipping fees are the client's responsibility. We appreciate our clients & want you to receive the best products we have to offer!
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are solely an E-Commerce (online) company.
Q: Can I use Bootii Bottle® products if I am pregnant/nursing?
A: Although our products are 100% safe, effective, & hormone-free, you should ALWAYS consult with your physician before use, especially when considering oral supplements.
Q: Can I use Bootii Bottle® with the Hip Stimulator®, Luv Handle Serum® as well as your other products?
A: Yes! Feel free to use them together as they are all safe products!
Q: Who operates your social media accounts?
A: Our promoters market and answer your questions. They have all tried Bootii Bottle® products themselves & can share their experiences!
Q: Why are the original prices $49.99 and up?
A: The ingredients used are not only rare, but expensive on our part as we only use THE BEST ingredients available. We believe in providing our clients with quality so she gets a product that really works! We have special promotions often to support her budget! Look out for these sales throughout our social media accounts.
Q: Are you affiliated with any other companies?
A: Yes. Bootii Bottle is an affiliate of Volup Body Inc, which is an independent company. We have partnered to increase discretion and privacy of our clients. We are unique in structure and not affiliated with any other companies.
Q: Has Bootii Bottle® been tested on animals?
A: Absolutely NOT. our testing is performed by licensed physicians and dermatologists and tested on volunteer human subjects.
Q: What are the side effects of Bootii Bottle®, if any?
A: During clinical trials, there were reports of mild tingling, slight heating, or even cooling sensations. No major side effects have been reported.
