Delayed Orders Shipping
First and foremost, we'd like to thank you all for your orders & patience during the 2 previous Expansion Liquidation Sales! We're almost fully settled into our new warehouse so we can begin processing your orders a lot faster with the new staff who are very eager & excited! If you've received tracking details, your order is on it's way! If you haven't received tracking details, be sure to wait the full 10 business days before you inquire about your order. Most orders placed during the previous sales have received tracking within 10 business days although that has not always been the case. We are no longer submitting tracking numbers until the orders are processed and READY TO SHIP, which is actually a great incentive because it means your order will not have to wait for a scheduled batch before pickup from our facility by our carrier.
